At The Spinal Decompression & Chiropractic Center, treatment isn’t about picking a service off a list. It’s about understanding what your body needs to heal — and building a plan that supports that process from start to finish.
Most healthcare focuses on managing symptoms. We focus on why those symptoms exist in the first place.
Treatment at SDCC is intentional and progressive. Every recommendation is based on your exam findings, your goals, and how your body responds over time. No two plans look exactly the same — because no two bodies are.
Most patients respond best to a thoughtful combination of care that includes:
When nerves or joints are under constant pressure, the body stays stuck in protection mode. The first step is creating space and reducing irritation so pain can calm down and the nervous system can settle.
Once pressure eases, the focus shifts to how things move. Restoring healthy motion helps joints function normally again, improves communication through the nervous system, and keeps problem areas from getting re-irritated.
Healing doesn’t stop once pain fades. This phase supports muscles, ligaments, and connective tissue so improvements hold and your body stays stable, strong, and resilient over time.
Our treatment plans are designed for real people with real lives — not just textbook cases.
Our approach works best for people who want to understand what’s going on, follow a plan, and give their body the chance to heal — not just chase temporary relief.
We don’t offer random, one-off services. We build personalized treatment plans designed to help your body heal fully and function better long-term. Our services include spinal decompression, chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, cold laser therapy, and the Webster Technique for pregnancy. Each tool has a purpose. Each plan is tailored.

Your visit begins with a quick, free conversation with Dr. B to see if what’s going on qualifies for care in our office. If it does, we move into a thorough exam — orthopedic and neurological testing, range-of-motion checks, and on-site X-rays when needed.
Once everything’s reviewed, Dr. B walks you through what he found in simple, clear language. You’ll understand exactly what’s happening, what can help, and what your personalized treatment plan would look like. Many patients who qualify for care go on to avoid surgery long-term.
Care at SDCC is never one-size-fits-all or “one visit and done.” Every recommendation fits into a bigger picture designed around how your body heals.
Treatment plans are built to address the root cause — not just quiet symptoms — using a thoughtful, step-by-step approach that’s safe, intentional, and tailored to you.
Some plans are short. Others take more time. What matters is that each plan is built around your needs, your goals, and how your body responds along the way.
